Where are Your Eyeglasses?
Following are our time estimates for repairing your eyeglasses.
Your eyeglasses will arrive at our shop in 1-5 days. Following are estimated shipping times to our location provided by the United States Postal Service.
North East: 2-5 days
South East: 2-5 days
Southwest: 1-3 days
Midwest: 1-3 days
West: 1-2 days
Alaska: 2-4 days
Hawaii: 2-5 days
Once your eyeglasses arrive at our shop, we repair them in 1-5 days.
The return shipment takes from 1-5 days (see shipping times above).
Our Guarantee
At Eyeglass Repair USA we take pride in our work. It is important to us that you receive the best possible workmanship.
All of our repairs on eyeglasses and jewelry are guaranteed for one month.
If our repair should break within one month of the repair date, simply return it to us and we will either fix your frame again at no charge to you( just $5 for return shipping) or we'll refund your original fee.

Disclaimer
We are confident we can safely weld your broken metal frames without the use of heat. However, we are not responsible for the condition of your glasses, including former scratches, marks, or chips. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. If we are unable to repair your eyeglass frames, we'll notify you by phone or email. Your glasses will then be returned at your expense ($5 shipping and handling).

If you pay by credit card, we do not charge you until after the eyeglass repairs are complete.
